Multi Pallet Handlers are now indispensable in the production
and logistics of palletized goods. No other forklift truck attachment
has rationalised and revolutionized the inner company
transport of palletised goods as much as the Multi Pallet Handler.
The design was influenced by KAUPs course breaking construction.

KAUP has been selling Multi Pallet Handlers since
1983. Today KAUP can claim that they are the world leader
in this type of attachment and that no other manufacturer of
this type of equipment offers such a wide variety as KAUP
does. For the transportation of pallets of empty bottles or
filled bottles only KAUP offers a complete programme for:
one or two – one, two or three – two or four – four or six, four
or eight pallets.

The new Triple Pallet Handler with 3000, 3600 or 4500 kg
capacity at 600 mm l.c. is the third generation of this kind of
attachment. Compared to the former version it has a long row
of substantial advantages:

• The forks are screwed on to the sliding carriage and are

no longer welded. The drill pattern for all 6 forks is identical,

thus they are interchangeable. It is only necessary to

stock one spare fork for emergencies.

• The truck driver's visibility has been optimised and improved.
• The use of new developed profiles reduces wear and tear.
• The intervals between servicing and greasing can be
    increased. Teflon spray instead of grease is used.
• Both inner forks are situated 5 mm lower so that the
   picked up pallets stabilize themselves. It is probable that
   these will wear quicker than the outer forks. Occasional
   exchange of the inner forks to the outer side can substantially
   increase the working life of the forks.
• The large profile overlap between the clamp body and the
   sliding carriage guarantees perfect stability of the clamp
   taking all kinds of working conditions into account. This
   ensures quicker operation.

• All KAUP-Triple Pallet Handlers are standardly fitted with
    the thousand fold proofed sideshift components of the
    P 2 sideshifter. An end of stroke buffer ensures that the
    speed of the sideshift is drastically reduced before the
    the clamp reaches the final position. The lower guides
    move efficiently and easily over supporting rollers and
    save energy and reduce wear and tear.

• Availability of three different versions with capacities of
   3000, 3600 and 4500 kg ensures that the optimal
   attachment is on hand for every type of operation regardless
   if the operation is transportation of beverages with
   pallet weights of 1000 kg or for operation in construction
   or brick industries.

After the great success of the KAUP Double Pallet Handler
newly introduced in 2003 KAUP is sure that the new Triple
