Our employees are our most important resource. Qualified, motivated and loyal employees form the basis for our innovativeness and competitiveness. That is why we treat our employees fairly and reliably. It is therefore a logical consequence for KAUP to remunerate our employees according to the tariff system and to adhere to the tariff obligations. Furthermore the basic and advanced training of our employees is a key factor for the long-term success of our company.

Having long-term employees within the company confirms that we are on the right path. And especially older employees who have been employed by KAUP for a long time and often even completed their apprenticeship in our company are of particular value.

Vocational training is an integral part of our business strategy

Part of our responsibility is to be an attractive employer for following generations. As a regionally based business it is a question of sustainability for KAUP to promote the youth. Therefore, every year, we offer numerous trainees a well-founded start into working life in all areas of our company - with takeover option after completing training. For they are the backbone for a successful future.

In order to be able to react promptly to unplanned events and production peaks KAUP also uses the instrument of temporary employment. We are also a fair and reliable partner to these temporary employees.

In case of lasting demand, necessary qualifications and positive work results we offer the possibility of a take-over. KAUP is a manufacturing company. In the safety interests of our employees we place high priority on health protection as well as on occupational safety. Therefore KAUP has had a unified safety management system for years.
