KAUP reorganises its Key Account Management
Aschaffenburg, 10 January 2020 - The KAUP GmbH & Co. KG (KAUP) is pressing ahead with the reorientation of its sales department. Latest step: The creation of a separate Key Account Management for the support of national and international key accounts.
"Business relations with major customers are of strategic importance for KAUP", explains KAUP's head of sales Ralf Schuessler, "and that is the reason of the restructuring of the Key Account Management".
In which way? At the beginning of 2020 the team of several members was separated from the previous sales organisation for the D-A-CH region. Now it reports directly to the head of sales. "We want to react even better to the requirements of the key accounts and provide more individual support", Ralf Schuessler continues.
