Smart bucket emptying Combination of different attachments
Innovative and smart material handling solutions are not only used by our customers. KAUP has also been utilizing its design expertise in its own production process for some time now.
Task
- In the production (flame cutting) of KAUP attachments, scrap is regularly generated, which is collected in smaller containers.
- When these collection capacities are exhausted, the containers have to be emptied at a central collection point.
- KAUP's production management asked for an uncomplicated solution that could be used from time to time and without additional labour costs.
Solution
- KAUP operates two Linde forklift trucks (H35/H50) in the corresponding production section, which are equipped with
- Fork Positioner 3.5T160B including telescopic forks
- Fork Positioner 4.8T466B including telescopic forks
- If required, fixed attachments can be supplemented with a mobile, hook-on Bucket Discharging Device 3T167C - load capacity: 2,500 kilograms.
