KAUP again receives certificate for its energy management system

Aschaffenburg, 21. January 2021 – KAUP GmbH & Co. KG (KAUP) has again been successfully certified for its energy management system according to ISO 50001:2018. The independent expert audit required for this took place at the end of 2020. The auditors certified the effectiveness of the measures introduced and implemented at KAUP. Regular monitoring of these measures ensures that unused energy efficiency potential can be tapped and environmental impacts reduced at KAUP in the future.

KAUP not only has a certified energy management system, but also an environmental management system according to ISO 14001:2015. Both systems have been firmly anchored in the company for several years. They are part of a series of measures that KAUP has taken to save energy and contribute to climate protection.

Environmental and climate protection has a long tradition at KAUP

KAUP has been involved in the regional environmental protection project "Ökoprofit" for some time. It is supported by the "Initiative Bayerischer Untermain" and focuses on the conservation of natural resources such as raw materials, water and energy. Our efforts in the field of resource conservation have therefore been regularly scrutinised by "Ökoprofit" in the past.
