Smart Load Control regulates the clamping force for Appliance Clamps depending on the load and not the load type. The weight is decisive for the flexible definition of the clamping force – not the load type or the dimensions of the load. This means that the clamping force that is actually required is always applied to the load.
This is how intelligently Smart Load Control 2.0 works for you:
The system handles the entire clamping process and rules out operating errors. Only minimum pressure is built up and clamps the attached load as soon as the clamping arms have moved together. During the lifting movement, the pressure is then precisely and automatically adjusted until the load is lifted freely. The result? Maximum process reliability and absolutely safe handling from pick up to putting down – and to be sure, always with the optimum pressure.
